Apply for Sliding Scale Assistance – Assertive Kids Foundation
At Assertive Kids Foundation, we are committed to making wellness services more accessible for families in need. Through our Sliding Scale Program, we offer financial assistance for a range of services, including massage therapy, lactation professional consultations, and infant massage classes. This support is available to families with varying financial circumstances, ensuring that the care you need is within reach. Pre-screened Families must be invited to apply for the program; this is not open to everyone.
How to Apply
To apply for assistance, we ask for some basic financial information to determine your eligibility for partial or full funding. Our sliding scale is based on your household’s income and expenses, with special consideration for families experiencing financial hardship, such as parents who are on unpaid or partial-pay leave.
You’ll be asked to provide the following:

Household income: This includes income from all sources within your family.

Monthly expenses: Including rent, utilities, childcare, etc.

Employment status: Specifically whether either parent is currently on unpaid or partial-pay leave due to maternity, paternity, or other circumstances.
